Local 2020 is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization located in East Jefferson County, WA, dedicated to promoting self-reliance, sustainability and resiliency at a community level. Built from the ground up utilizing open-source technology and the many tools WordPress has to offer.
This project is an excellent example of a dynamic, multi-user configuration. Each area of the site is self-managed and maintained by an independent group of administrators. Additionally, contributors are allowed access to create content. All built integrating native WordPress user roles. WordPress has a lot to offer when working together as a group.
L2020.org includes custom built page layouts, widget areas, multiple menus and rss feeds. It is 100% responsive making it easy to read and navigate on any device.
